CHALLENGES
The project presented several challenges that required careful consideration and strategic planning to overcome. The sloped property wasn’t functional, and the customer requested an outdoor space that would be used no matter the weather conditions.
THE PLAN
We began with a thorough site assessment to evaluate the existing conditions and determine the most effective solutions for transforming the sloping yard into an elegant outdoor entertainment space. Following this assessment, close collaboration with the customer ensued developing a design concept that integrated the desired features.
THE RESULTS
We transformed the once-underutilized space into a vibrant outdoor oasis that exceeded the homeowner’s expectations. With its spacious paver patio, modern outdoor lighting, retaining walls, and enclosed pavilion, the outdoor entertainment area offers versatility, comfort, and style for hosting a wide range of events and gatherings.
The carefully crafted design seamlessly integrates functional elements with aesthetic appeal, creating a cohesive and inviting atmosphere that encourages relaxation, socializing, and enjoyment of the outdoors. By overcoming the challenges posed by the sloping yard and weather variability, we successfully created a full-service backyard oasis suitable for various activities and gatherings, ensuring years of enjoyment for the homeowners and their guests.
